Speaker: Drew Derreth

Drew Derreth was born and raised in Southwest Baltimore, MD. He went to Poly High School, UMBC for college and lived in Philadelphia for grad school. Drew was a youth director for 15 years but in 1997 he and his wife Becky planted a church in Hanover, PA and they're still there (hanovervalley.org). He once met Ravens quarterback, Lamar Jackson, in an Apple store. He acts and sings in local musical theater. He loves coffee and conversation more than indoctrination. And he desperately believes that if you meet the real Jesus you can't help but fall in love with him. Although, he's still a dorky middle school guy, we're glad he changed the part in his hair to the side.

Chapelgate Worship

Chapelgate Worship is the worship ministry of Chapelgate Church in Marriottsville, MD, a community just 20 minutes outside of Baltimore city. Our team consists of worship leaders and musicians who have a heart for living out the Gospel with the hope that, through our music ministry, God will pour out Healing, Renewal , and Peace to Greater Baltimore and the Nations for His glory.
